The Emirates Stadium

Good morning! We concluded our first day in London with dinner at a local Indian restaurant, where we received spectacular food, and some of the finest service Renee and I have ever received. I'll discuss more on that in a later blog post, but it was a highly memorable experience.

Our first "full English breakfast" is now being digested, well at least Renee's, as I primarily choose more 'continental' breakfast options. Just writing a brief note to lay out our plans for the day, which consist of: visiting Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and then the Churchill War Rooms. We'll then walk approximately 2 miles (weather pending) to the Golden Hind where some of London's finest fish and chips can be found. The pinnacle of the day comes this afternoon, we receive a personal, guided tour of the Emirates Stadium, home to the one and only Arsenal FC!
