Greetings blog viewers:
After a myriad of complicating cirumstances and airline delays, we have arrived back in the United States of America, greeted cordially by the flat, lake-filled, and green/yellow expanse known as the Upper Midwest and Northern Plains, quite a stark contrast from the Bernese Oberland of Switzerland. Over the coming days, I'll be posting a final summary of our last few days of the trip, as well as some interesting/unique facts/quirks about our adventures. It was a phenomenal experience, and one to remember for years to come. We saw a multitude of places many people will never lay eyes on, and made friends we'll have for life.
